Are Heritage Store® products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are cruelty-free, and the vast majority are vegan. We clearly label any products that contain ethically sourced animal by-products, such as beeswax, on our packaging and website.
What is the shelf life of your Rosewater and oils?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 12 months for maximum potency and freshness. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We process orders Monday through Friday, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't suit my skin?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Do you ship internationally?
